Cancellation Policy

​Due to limited seating, we request that you rebook at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. If you are needing to rebook a class, please contact us by email. We will do our best to accommodate changes where class sizes allow. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated 1x before a rebooking fee of 50% is applied.

All registrations cancelled with less than 3 days notice will not receive a refund. Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the originally booked course date may receive a refund (processing fee of $8.00 will be charged for credit card refunds) 

 

For no shows or last minute cancellations, a 50% off rebooking course credit will be given towards a future booking. This course credit is transferable to friends & family and valid for 60 days from original booking.

All Blended Learning courses require the online component to be completed PRIOR to attending the in-person training. Failure to complete modules prior to class will result in forfeiting your registration. You will be required to attend on a different date at a 50% rebooking fee.
