About The Course
BLS Provider Renewal Prerequisite Challenge is a short online assessment designed to ensure the course candidate possesses knowledge of current and critical BLS concepts required to be successful on the BLS Provider Renewal course. The Prerequisite Challenge is intended for experienced providers who: - Have an expired Heart & Stroke BLS Provider certification

The BLS Provider course teaches learners to promptly recognize cardiac arrest, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, and provide early use of an AED. It includes adult, child, and infant rescue techniques.
